As part of the verification process, we may ask a Consumer to provide identifying documents and in some cases provide a written declaration signed under penalty of perjury that the Consumer is who he or she claims to be. If a Consumer has asked an agent to exercise rights on the Consumer’s behalf, we will ask the agent to verify their identity by providing a writing from the Consumer designating the agent and identifying documents.
